Explori CEO Mark Brewster presented the latest visitor and exhibitor insights at UFI Open Seminar, hosted in Singapore.

This year’s theme was “Adapting and Upgrading” and it built on the Congress programme in Shanghai last month. There was two days of engaging speakers and panels sessions and plenty of networking opportunities with close to 250 delegates from across Asia and around the globe.

Brewster shared insight that suggested customers were not that satisfied and if not addressed, that could leave the industry open to disruption.
