How healthy is your show research - take a Healthcheck at Expo! Expo!

We will be making our research Healthcheck tool available to all visitors to booth #357 at the upcoming Expo! Expo! event in Los Angeles.

The Research Healthcheck will allow exhibition organisers to quickly find out how healthy their post-show research really is and how well it is likely to predict the future health of their event.  They will also be able to see how they rank against other organizers for having good research processes in place.

Each organiser will receive a personalized take-home report analysing how well they are conducting each area of their research and plenty of suggestions as to how they can improve.

Olly Watts, our head of research at Explori says: “post-show research gives event organizers an invaluable glimpse of how their customers – their exhibitors and visitors – perceive their event.  And if their research processes are healthy and robust, this in turn will tell them how their event is likely to perform in the future.

I’ve designed the Research HealthCheck to allow anyone who has responsibility for conducting customer satisfaction research to easily find ways they can improve their process and the quality of their results.

No matter what platform an organizer uses to conduct their research, or their level of investment, there are simple guiding principles they can implement to help them get quality results that can be relied on to build future event strategy.  Through the Research HealthCheck, Explori is trying to share those principles as widely as possible and get every organiser to think about how healthy research equals a healthier event.”
