Explori serve exhibition organisers in every market in the world.  We currently support events in 31 countries in 15 languages with more being added all the time.  No matter where your audience is, Explori will help you to understand them.

Putting your performance into context

Understanding your audience through surveys is just the start of what Explori can offer you.  By automatically comparing your results to Explori's unique industry benchmarks, you can put your performance into context against hundreds of other events to understand what "good" really looks like.

Industry benchmarking is available on any Explori template question, including Net Promoter Score, Overall Satisfaction, Dwell Time and Likelihood of Return. 

Larger organisers can also benchmark within their own organisation and/or portfolio to get a granular understanding of their performance against the metrics that matter most to them.  In addition to the Explori template questions, organisers can set their own internal benchmark questions and insure they are included on every survey sent.
