Explori’s clients include some of the world’s biggest exhibition and conference organisers such as ITE, Clarion Events, Messe Frankfurt, Informa, dmg, Reed Exhibitions and EasyFairs.  They also still work closely with most UK based organisers including CloserStill, Future Plc, Media 10, UpperStreet Events, Brand Events, F2F and Centaur Exhibitions.

Combining intuitive, template driven, online surveys with research support and consultancy from event experts, Explori allows organisers to easily and cost-effectively create robust customer insight year after year.

But more importantly, Explori helps organisers to understand and manage audience satisfaction.

It enables senior management to have a clearer view of the customer experience across comparable products and portfolios enabling them to better understand drivers of loyalty, growth and opportunity.

In the last 12 months, Explori have delivered successful new client projects for Informa, Messe Frankfurt, Reed Tuyap and Diversified Communications, and alongside their existing clients, now support events in 35 countries in 12 languages.  Revenue from non-UK shows now accounts for over half of Explori’s business, doubling from the previous 12 months.

But Explori has maintained an accessible price point, ensuring that local, independent organisers continue to have the same access to the platform and the resulting insight as the multi-nationals.
