Stockholmsmassan, a major Nordic exhibition centre and organiser, has recently signed a deal with event research experts Explori to benchmark and monitor customer experience using event analytics.
Christina Kilstrom, Marketing and Communications Director at Stockholmsmässan had this to say on their new deal with Explori, “As we grow our business, it is important to us that we continue to improve customer experiences by listening to our visitors and exhibitors. Understanding customer data in a fast, reliable and structured way is key to staying ahead in this industry. We are happy to start working with Explori given their digital, intuitive approach and vast knowledge in the events industry.”

The new deal comes at a time when Explori are expanding their product offering to provide research and benchmarking to venues.
