How much will Explori cost me?

Explori operates a licencing model.  Each licence lasts one show cycle** and gets you full self-service functionality including unlimited questions, surveys and responses for one event, title or brand.

If you are looking to purchase single licences, then we use the pricing model below:

** Typically this is a 12 month period, but will vary if your event takes place more or less frequently than annually.

What's included in a standard licence?

A cycle's self-service licence includes:

  • Access to the online platform to conduct unlimited surveys, questions and responses for one event, brand or title
  • Full functionality including question piping, skip logic and languages module
  • Built-in analytics tool
  • Branding of surveys and emails to your event
  • Use of the built-in email tool to distribute surveys
  • Webex training for new users
  • Unlimited users each with unique password and profile
  • Ongoing support by phone and email
  • Access to training materials, videos and seminars on event surveying best practice

What's not included in a standard licence?

To help make Explori flexible to clients' needs, we offer a number of additional services on a "Pay-as-you-use" basis.  We would quote for these based on the brief you give us, but we always try to offer our clients highly competitive rates.

  • Surveying on-site at your event
  • Analyzing your results and presenting the findings
  • Fully managing your survey process
  • Professional translation services where you require unique questions for your event in a language other than English (industry-wide questions are already translated for you)
  • Consultancy on Ad-hoc projects such as brand trackers, due dilligence or market research

Why should I invest in Explori when there are "Freemium" models out there?

Explori is designed specifically to meet the needs of event professionals, so you not only get a survey tool, but a wealth of advice about best practice in event research techniques.

Your licence also gives you access to a host of survey and analytical features that are simply not available in "Freemium" products that we are confident will help you create better surveys more quickly and get the robust, detailed insight you need to guide your event strategy.

What Freemium tools can never offer is the ability to compare your event's performance against global exhibition industry benchmarks drawn from over 1,600 events around the world.  This context is invaluable in understanding your event's performance and is available exclusively to Explori clients.

Questions about Explori pricing

Why are there different prices for conferences, awards and events?

Event survey requirements are typically more complex with the requirement to survey attendees, exhibitors and Pre-registered non-attends (PRNA).  A conference will typically not have the requirement to survey exhibitors or PRNA.
