Born in the events industry

Founded in 2011, Explori is an event tech success story, growing to become the industry’s biggest repository of event benchmarking data and insight with over 2,700 shows and conferences participating and nearly three million responses conducted globally.

Explori’s clients include some of the world’s biggest organisers including ITE, Clarion, dmg, Messe Frankfurt, Informa, Reed and EasyFairs. 

Combining intuitive, template driven, online surveys with research support and consultancy from events experts, Explori allows organisers to easily and cost-effectively create robust customer insight year after year.

Explori helps organisers to understand and manage customer satisfaction. It enables senior management to have a clearer view of the customer experience across comparable products and portfolios enabling them to better understand drivers of loyalty, growth and opportunity.

There is a powerful reporting suite built into the platform, so even research newbies can quickly see real time trends from their survey responses and combine criteria with a couple of clicks to delve into the experience of different groups of their delegates.

Quick, easy and robust – so far so good, but the real value of standardised surveys is allowing event directors and senior managers to benchmark the event against previous years, their portfolio and other events across the industry, from Explori’s huge pool of event data.  This allows senior managers to easily identify what “good” should look like for their event portfolios, no matter where they are in the world and identify opportunities or areas that require investment.
