Explori work with events all around the world from our headquarters in London. Our experienced team specialise in customer feedback for the live events industry. Research, software development and customer support all happen in house.
Work from our home or yours
Based on feedback from our team, we have decided to keep a blended approach to working, with team members designing their own schedule with a combination of home and office working. Unless otherwise specified, all these roles allow you to design your own work schedule, but you will need to be available to attend face-to-face meetings in Croydon around four days per month.
Flexible as standard
All roles offer flexible working as standard, with core hours from 10am to 4pm UK time with team members deciding their own start and finish times around this. All our roles are also available part-time or as non-standard work patterns.

As much as we love our flexible working, we also love our Croydon home - London's most southerly borough. Our bright, open offices put us at the heart of a new development of restaurants and bars, including a BoxPark, so plenty of opportunity to socialise with the team. But more importantly, East Croydon station is on our doorstep, with fast frequent links to Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham, Farringdon and services to Surrey, Gatwick and Bedfordshire.

Explori is a SaaS business, with very ambitious growth plans. As such, we are looking for Research Executives to join our dedicated, talented and skilled research team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Research Executive to support the work of Explori’s senior researchers in the delivery of high quality research projects. You will quickly have the opportunity to lead on smaller research projects and will play a key part in the day-to-day management of larger studies, representing Explori to multinational clients in the trade show and corporate events sectors.
Across all projects, you will play a role in such areas as taking client briefs, research design and research delivery - including producing visually-impactful outputs that effectively communicate results to clients - to ensure high quality research is delivered within agreed deadlines.
In addition you may also work on Explori’s in-house projects to support our marketing and PR activities, as we continue to grow.

We are looking for someone who will help turn our users around the world into advocates ensuring they are getting the most from our platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the processes needed to ensure our users get targeted support at key moments along the customer journey.
You will also work closely with our account management, support and product teams to help build efficiency in the customer experience and customer success process, ultimately helping to ensure that our clients get the insights they need to inform their event strategy through using our platform as effectively as possible.
You will be a great face-to-face communicator and problem solver, with proven experience of process design and driving best practice in diverse teams.
This role will be measured on platform-user satisfaction and best practice uptake.
